Shipping

US orders include free, insured, signature-required shipping. Orders ship within 5 business days; NGC-graded coins may take longer.

International shipping is tracked and insured: $25 to Canada, $30 to the European Union, and $40 to Israel.

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in international shipping rates or order totals and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders. Orders that cannot be delivered to a verified street address will be canceled and refunded.

NGC Grading

NGC grading is available as an optional add-on for select coins. Graded coins are authenticated and sealed in a protective NGC holder.

The holder displays the grade and a certification number, which can be verified at ngccoin.com. NGC-graded coins may take longer to ship.

Authenticity

Every Collect 2 Connect issue is officially issued by the Government of Niue as legal tender, with a denomination of 1 NZD (New Zealand Dollar). Each coin includes a numbered certificate of authenticity.

Mintages are fixed per issue and never reprinted. The dies are retired after the proof run. Any coin offered for resale should match the documentation that accompanied its original issue — if a piece you are evaluating does not, please contact us before purchasing.

No-Refund Policy

Because each issue is struck once and the mintage is finite, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellation requests after the order is confirmed.

Damaged-in-transit claims are handled through the courier's insurance. Photograph the unopened package and contents, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will guide you through the claim. We will replace damaged coins from any remaining standard inventory; if inventory is exhausted, the courier's insurance settles the claim in cash.
