The fine print, plainly stated.
Each issue is struck once, in a fixed mintage, then archived. These policies are shaped around that — read them carefully before ordering.
Shipping
US orders ship free, fully insured, and signature-required. We ship via USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx 2-Day, at our discretion. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of order confirmation; allow longer if the issue is being NGC-graded at the time of purchase.
International orders ship via tracked, fully-insured courier. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country.
We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders. We will refund and cancel orders that we cannot deliver to a verifiable street address.
NGC Grading
A portion of every mintage is sent to NGC for certification and slabbing before shipment. The grade is printed on the NGC label and can be independently verified on ngccoin.com by entering the slab's certification number.
If the NGC add-on is unavailable at checkout, our NGC allocation for that issue has been exhausted. We do not re-stock NGC slabs once the allocation is gone — the standard, un-slabbed coin remains available until that inventory is also exhausted.
Authenticity
Every Collect 2 Connect issue is struck by the Niue Mint, partner to the Government of Niue, and carries a face value of 1 NZD as legal tender of Niue. Each coin ships with a numbered certificate of authenticity from the mint.
Mintages are fixed per issue and never reprinted. The dies are retired after the proof run. Any coin offered for resale should match the documentation that accompanied its original issue — if a piece you are evaluating does not, please contact us before purchasing.
No-Refund Policy
Because each issue is struck once and the mintage is finite, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellation requests after the order is confirmed.
Damaged-in-transit claims are handled through the courier's insurance. Photograph the unopened package and contents, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will guide you through the claim. We will replace damaged coins from any remaining standard inventory; if inventory is exhausted, the courier's insurance settles the claim in cash.
